Kim Astacio-Murphy is the systems and operations backbone of The Anima Collective — the person who helps turn big ideas into structures that actually work. For the past five years, Kim has supported dozens of entrepreneurs in growing and scaling their businesses in ways that feel sustainable, aligned, and human.
She believes that women deserve to build businesses that support their lives, not consume them — and that clarity, systems, and a little breathing room can change everything. Kim has worked with many businesses from small start-ups to major universities, giving her a deep understanding of what overwhelmed founders really need to function and thrive.
Inside The Anima Collective, Kim brings the operational strategy that anchors our group programs. Jaime helps you step into your next level; Kim helps you build the systems that make it possible. Together, they create the mix of structure, clarity, and support that moves businesses forward.
Kim is a mom to three, an advocate for families navigating special-needs support, and a proud connoisseur of way too much coffee.

What started in 2018 as an in person Miami based networking group is now an online and in person community dedicated to unifying and elevating entrepreneurial spirited, self-identifying women from around the world while creating a space where we thrive in
every area of our lives.
We believe in magic and inspiration. We don’t just work hard but we are holistic in our approach, your life and your business are intertwined. We want to inspire you to bring more soul and purpose into your work and your life.

There is no wrong or right way to be part of the anima collective. We recommend that you make space for two-three hours per month to maintain a feeling of connection. You are the owner of your experience, and you get to curate the experience you want here. Participation in all activities is not necessary to be part of the community.
The Anima Collective is the evolution of a community that was dedicated to inclusion and belonging. Some spaces offer business expertise. Others spiritual development. Our collective understands that who you are in your personal life is who you are in your business. One can not evolve without the other. This holistic approach to all aspects of life makes this community an incubator for future leaders, teachers, and experiences for all who join.
Many of the events take place in the evenings on EST. You can watch recordings of selected Live events. This group is a beautiful way to stay in the flow of building your thing, while you’re still in your 9-5.
