The Anima Collective is an inclusive community of over 100 self-identifying women with an entrepreneurial spirit. We meet online weekly to expand our businesses and our spirituality.
We exist because:
- Entrepreneurship can feel lonely. At the Anima Collective we understand what starting, growing + expanding your business feels like because we’ve done it. We can offer you support every step of the way.
- Networking is important. Connecting with other entrepreneurs is the fastest way to grow + expand your business. As a member of Anima Collective you get access to women who are up to BIG THINGS.
- Success doesn’t have to come at a cost. You don’t have to give up connection or belonging to be successful in business. We believe in AND/BOTH. You are allowed to be successful and still be a whole human that is connected to a community.
- Women need women. Historically women have been marginalized in male-centric networking groups. Not here- Members of The Anima Collective are encouraged to show up as their most authentic + imperfect selves. We’re rooting for the REAL you.

What started in 2018 as an in person Miami based networking group is now an online and in person community dedicated to unifying and elevating entrepreneurial spirited, self-identifying women from around the world while creating a space where we thrive in
every area of our lives.
We believe in magic and inspiration. We don’t just work hard but we are holistic in our approach, your life and your business are intertwined. We want to inspire you to bring more soul and purpose into your work and your life.
We believe in radical inclusivity, This community is open for all self-identifying women, from all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. Learning from the collectives’ life experience helps us grow in life and in business.
We believe in radical authenticity, be you, we want to see it! Your vulnerability, your openness, and your heart. This means stepping outside of your comfort zone and showing up even when it’s scary.
We believe in accountability, business growth, collaborations and celebrate each other’s wins! If we hold ourselves high we can hold our community high, with this we can all be held in abundance.
We believe in giving back, helping each other and growing in life and business. In this community you’ll connect with new and experienced entrepreneurs, Executive Directors of nonprofits, women with 9-5’s, side hustles, and women exploring the next phase of their life. Meet Our CEO:
Jaime Nolan, CEO of The Anima Collective, is a Life & Business Coach. Over the last fifteen years Jaime has helped hundreds of people find their true selves, live the life they dream of and build businesses that they love. She is committed to helping people share big ideas and to see their greatness, so that they can live in their true potential. She is a powerful Taurus who will have you grounding in your greatest vision, and knowing you can thrive at the things that might feel impossible right now. Jaime’s career experience ranges from Health and Wellness to Mindset work. Originally from NY, Jaime lives in Miami with her husband, three teenage girls and funny little dog Luna. She is the friend who will always be there for you and help you believe that you can do hard things.
Chief Community Officer
Ilona Pamplona is the Anima Collective CCO. While she started in this group as a member, she slowly worked her way up to CCO through her connection and engagement with the members of the community as well as her leadership in our signature event, Cafecito. Outside of Anima, Ilona Pamplona is an Astrology informed life coach who is committed to showing you how to love your life through the magic of the stars! Her first book, The Journal is Your Mood Ring, will be released February 2023 with Chronicle Books!

Kim Astacio-Murphy is the Online Business Manager for the Anima Collective. In the past five years, Kim has helped dozens of women grow and scale their businesses, and serve more by doing less. Kim believes that a rising tide lifts all boats, and is committed to bettering the lives of women personally and professionally by helping them earn the income they desire or simply reminding them to drop the expectations of others and tap into what they really want. After serving a number of businesses in South Florida, from small operations to large universities, Kim is uniquely familiar with the needs of overwhelmed business owners. She supports the Anima Collective by creating systems that capture and implement the growing needs of this powerful community! Kim is a mom to two children, an advocate for moms of children with special needs, and you can always count on her to drink way too much coffee!

Questions about us or our offerings?
There is no wrong or right way to be part of the anima collective. We recommend that you make space for two-three hours per month to maintain a feeling of connection. You are the owner of your experience, and you get to curate the experience you want here. Participation in all activities is not necessary to be part of the community.
The Anima Collective is the evolution of a community that was dedicated to inclusion and belonging. Some spaces offer business expertise. Others spiritual development. Our collective understands that who you are in your personal life is who you are in your business. One can not evolve without the other. This holistic approach to all aspects of life makes this community an incubator for future leaders, teachers, and experiences for all who join.
Many of the events take place in the evenings on EST. You can watch recordings of selected Live events. This group is a beautiful way to stay in the flow of building your thing, while you’re still in your 9-5.
We are so proud to be an inclusive and diverse space and that includes multigenerational members! If you self-identify as a woman and you feel like you belong here, then you absolutely do! Whether you’re a younger millennial or an established GenXer, you belong!
