For the past five years, Kim has supported dozens of entrepreneurs in growing and scaling their businesses in ways that feel sustainable, aligned, and human.
She believes that women deserve to build businesses that support their lives, not consume them — and that clarity, systems, and a little breathing room can change everything. Kim has worked with many businesses from small start-ups to major universities, giving her a deep understanding of what overwhelmed founders really need to function and thrive.
